Inc. has grown into a thriving practice with expertise in various fields like Conveyancing, Criminal and Civil Litigation, Curatorships, Administration of Trusts & Estates and Personal Injury Claims, just to name but a few.  We opened our doors for business for the first time on the 10th of June 1997 with only two personnel.  We currently have a staff compliment of 18.

Since the 1st of October 1998 the business has been operating as an Incorporated Company.  Our Director Andre' van Eeden, B.Comm., B.Proc., LL.B. has extensive knowledge and experience in Criminal and Civil litigation and is admitted to appear in the High Court.  He is a Trustee and Curator Bonis, in numerous matters, as appointed by the Master of the High Court. 

He has built up a young dynamic Firm, capable of providing a high level of service both nationally and internationally.

Our experienced professionals have the latest resources available to assist in applying themselves to your legal problem.

We have our own Training Facility and we are broadening our involvement in the community with a small upliftment training program, a project which we intend to extend in the near future. 

 Inc. has been awarded an brilliant rating by an independent agency EduBEE and is now classified as a "good Broad-based BEE contributor".  This means that any preferential procurement spent with Venter Van Eeden carries a weighting of 125%.  We look forward to continuing our role as a meaningful contributor to sustainable Broad-based BEE in South Africa.
