 Inc. has a staff compliment of 18 which include one Director, 7 Professional Assistants, 2 Candidate Attorneys and attorney students.

We also house a keen Business Team.  They have many years experience in the industry and thus know exactly what is required in order to make the clients' experience a pleasant one.

We strongly believe in providing outstanding client service, in terms of convenience and speed.  Our Conveyancers are always prepared to travel within reason to a client's premises to expedite the signing of documents.  Our offices remain open throughout all holiday periods and we see clients on weekends whenever it is necessary.  Turn-around times are very important to us, second only to client service.   We are on the panels of all four major Banking Institutions.

Our Conveyancing team consists of 4 Conveyancers, one Notary and 2 Conveyancing Secretaries who are assisted by a great admin team.

We handle a variety of matters for our clients.  One of our Attorneys, assisted by a Candidate Attorney are occupied with full time Litigation and Commercial work.

We have a great Admin team seeing to the smooth running of our business.

 Inc. is presently the second largest Firm administering Trusts on behalf of the Master of the High Court in the Western Cape.  Our Third Party practice has several hundred claims on the go.  We regularly undertake material damages claims for our clients, these are most often related to injury claims.

We are currently in the process of addressing the Government's Black Economic Empowerment Policy and are taking significant steps in that direction, empowering our Trust clients and other previously disadvantaged people, by giving them the opportunity to gain the knowledge with which to generate their own income.  We are doing this by creating and implementing Marketing and Administrative training programs headed-up by the Development Team.  Our aim is to get people skilled to an acceptable standard and then find them placements.
